PowerDot can relieve pain, reduce inflammation, support athletic recovery and has a moxibustion-like effect that improves blood circulation and promotes cell regeneration.

It is recommended to use the device for 10 minutes per treatment area daily. For multiple treatments, the application time per area should not exceed 20 minutes per day. The maximum treatment duration with the red light lamp per day is 60 minutes. Initial improvements should be visible after about one week. Individual responses to light therapy can vary, but consistency is key to good results.

No, the light emitted by the Power Dot is safe and no side effects are known. However, it is recommended to wear the included protective goggles to avoid eye damage, as the LEDs are very bright.

Since there are few clinical studies on its use in pregnant women, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the device during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Peel off one side of the included adhesive tape and attach it to the lamp, then the other side to your skin. Press and hold the touchpad on the back of the device for more than three seconds to turn it on. Select the most suitable mode from the three available options:
- Mode 1: Red light 50% + Near-infrared 50%
- Mode 2: Near-infrared 100%
- Mode 3: Red light 100%
After use, switch off the device and carefully remove it from the skin.

No, the Power Dot should not be used near water sources, and a dry duster should be used for cleaning. Do not use liquids or disinfectants to clean the device.
